Refund & Return Policy

4x4 Extras Kilmore will always endeavour to assist its customers, in the event that an item needs to be returned as a result of a warranty claim or it needs to be returned for other reasons.

According to the Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
You may be entitled to a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. 

This is when the item:

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it is unsafe
  • is significantly different from the sample or description
  • doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed

4x4 Extras Kilmore Conditions of sale are as follows:

  • Special Order items procured are NOT returnable/refundable.
  • Glass and electrical items are NOT returnable/refundable.
  • No credits or returns after 21 days from delivery of item/s. Instore purchases are calculated from the invoice date.
  • All returns are to be in original packaging as new. 

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
Please keep your proof of purchase - e.g. your receipt


To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law 4x4 Extras Kilmore is not liable for any consequential, indirect or accidental loss or damage or for any service not expressly provided herein (including without limitation liability for any loss or damage caused by a fault in the Product or its external wiring connections) and the liability of 4x4 Extras Kilmore under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective material or workmanship by a qualified person, provided such person and work is approved by 4x4 Extras Kilmore prior to commencement.
